We spend a
great deal of time with our manufactures on
quality control and performance. We
understand that sometimes the unit you
ordered was not what you were expecting. You
can return your product within the first
seven days of your vehicle arriving. We
request that you allow us to arrange freight
back to Northwest Arkansas at your expense
and pay a 15% restocking fee. The 15% is
based on the amount you paid for the vehicle
not including freight.
For non-power
items such as the Mountaineer Cocoon, you
may return those items within 14 days as
long as they are unused and in their
original condition. To return items contact
